Murphy Impressed with Maitland Niles Appearance
After watching the game West Ham United counter Arsenal goalless on Thursday early morning yesterday, Danny Murphy admitted very fascinated with the performance of Ainsley Maitland Niles throughout the game.
Where, the match that took place in London stadium was shocked because Arsene Wenger in addition to changing the formation using four defenders, also plays the 20-year-old player as a starter in the left rear position.
Despite the doubt and Arsene considered gambling, but the player really shows the class by playing nicely. In fact he successfully performed for 90 full minutes and after seeing the brilliant acts Murphy who ever played for Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur really really liked his appearance in the field.
“He really impressed me,” Danny Murphy told the media.
“He played in left-back position with four players, Arsenal changed him and I still do not know if he’s left or right.
“She’s so quiet, where it looks calm. Whenever he is in this area he does not panic and he always has a decent ball.
“Defensively do not look much on today because they dominated the game for a long time but he does not look comfortable at all times.
“The move is good, he does not fall often to the ground so sata really impressed with his ability.
“Every time he gets it I think he can do it again. He is calm he just takes time.
“But I can not see if this is his best position or if he can play as right back as well but tonight, in the left position with four players behind him is really very good.
“I think Arsenal look better in their form. But they are only a little less fortunate, although West Ham also did well. ”
Meanwhile, Maitland Niles this season is one of the players who contributed great academy to bring Arsenal advanced to the round of 32 of the Europa League.
